Become a Vail Ski Pro – Tryout for the 2025-26 Winter Season! 

Vail Ski & Snowboard School is offering an exciting opportunity for passionate Alpine skiers to join our team as professional instructors. This five-day tryout process (April 14 – 18) is designed for candidates seeking full-time employment for the 2025-26 winter season. This event is conditional on a minimum of six participants. 

 

Tryout Overview: 

• April 14 - 15: A two-day clinic focused on developing technical and teaching skills based on the PSIA-AASI Learning Connection Model. 

• April 16 - 18: A PSIA-RM Level 1 Certification Assessment, administered by PSIA-RM. 

 

Successful candidates will receive: 
✅ A job offer with Vail Ski & Snowboard School  

✅ Employee housing for the season 
✅ Reimbursement for the Level 1 certification fee ($360), applied to FY 25-26 Winter Season upon successful completion of PSIA-AASI Level 1 assessment.   
✅ A starting wage of $21/hr
