If you were “separated” at the end of the 14/15 season you must complete the returning instructor job application prior to submitting the background check. Once your application is complete and processed, you will receive an email from Vail Resorts with a subject line “Action Required: Background Check.” At that time, please complete the Background Check information.
You may submit your background check beginning August 1. This must be completed by September 11th. Otherwise, we will assume that you will not be returning.
Choose “Vail Mountain – Operations” as your location
You will gain access to the Safety Quiz within 24 hours of your Start Date (Season Kickoff or first day of work). The Safety Quiz should be completed as soon as possible.
