New Children’s General Manager

I am excited to announce the selection of Greg Willis as the new General Manager of Children’s Programs for the Vail Ski & Snowboard School. Greg brings more than 19 years of ski industry experience to Vail.

Greg started his teaching career at Sugarloaf and moved to Beaver Creek in 1994 after he accepted an internship through the University of Maine at Farmington’s ski industries program. He became a trainer in 1998 and moved into management in 2002 where he is currently the General Manager of Beaver Creek Children’s Ski & Snowboard School. Greg was also the Project Manager for the “Streetscape” portion of “Vail’s Billion Dollar Renewal” from 2003 to 2005. During this time he worked closely with the Town officials, business owners, residents and Vail Resorts, and gained a greater appreciation for Vail’s character and beauty.

Greg will begin in his new role on Monday, July 8. Please join me in congratulating Greg on his new position. We are in the final steps of hiring the General Manager of Adult Programs for the school and will share more information in the weeks to come regarding that outcome.

Thank you for your continued support of the Vail Ski & Snowboard School. I hope you’re having a wonderful summer and look forward to seeing you soon!
